Southaven Police Searching For Suspect In Shooting
Southaven, Ms
Southaven Police need your help in locating Keith Kent, a male black, age 19, from the Southaven area.
He is wanted on Conspiracy to Commit a Felony charges for the shooting of a male victim on April 24, 2019 on Elmbrook Drive in the Brookhaven Subdivision.
Kent is known to live in area hotels in Southaven and DeSoto County.
Police were called to 8081 Elmbrook Drive around 8 p.m. regarding a male being shot on his front porch. The victim was transported to Baptist Hospital DeSoto and later transferred to Regional One. He has since been released.
Since the shooting, the Southaven Police Detectives have been working diligently to determine who was involved and have made five (5) arrests so far but have not confirmed if it’s gang related.

Daniel Stitts 18 years old Conspiracy to Commit a Felony
Thomas Chandler 18 years old Conspiracy to Commit a Felony
