Walls Has New Fire Station

The citizens of Walls can rest a little easier with the addition of their second fire station.
The Station is located on Starlanding Road east of Delta Bluff Road.
Station 2 will serve the folks of Walls and Lake Comorant and Desoto County.
The new station will save residents of the area on their homeowners insurance by lowering their insurance
rating from a class 10c to a class 7.
This change is due to the fact that fire personnel will now be located within a 5 mile road radius of their service area.
