Jacob Jude Shovlain, 03/18/1991, 5’ 05”, 130 lbs, Blue eyes, Brn Hair
The above Individual was reported as Missing on Wednesday, December 21, 2016. He has been reported by his Mother and she hasn’t seen him since Wednesday, October 15, 2016.
The Mother stated that she works out of town and is gone for long periods of time and usually talks to him via Social Media. We have made contact with several people and no one has seen or heard from him. He may have traveled towards the Illinois area and may have hitchhiked a ride in that direction. Detective Kimbell is the case agent. SPD Case Number: 201600070741.
