Tate County Sheriffs Department Searching For Two Independence Ms Bank Robbers

Tate County Sheriffs Department is searching for two men that held up the Sycamore Bank
on highway 305 in Independence Ms today.
The two left the money when the dye pack went off in the bank before they left.
They stole one of the employee’s cars during the robbery attempt.
The car was found a short time later with no one inside.
Sheriff Brad Lance said, “no one was hurt during the robbery” and
The two males both wore bandannas covering their faces.
One was wearing dark pants and a green hooded sweatshirt.
The other was wearing grey pants and a black sweatshirt
.
They were armed with a hand gun and a shotgun.
They are considered armed and dangerous.
